What if my iPhone won't scan the QR code?
The ability to scan QR codes is available on iPhones running iOS 11 or later. Some older iPhone models such as iPhone 5 and earlier may not support this feature.
Launch the Camera app and point it steadily at the QR Code for nearly 3 seconds. Make sure you are using the rear-facing camera. My phone is iOS 11 or newer, but still won't scan? If no link appears when you point the camera at the QR code, this could mean that QR scanning is disabled in settings. To enable it:
Open the Settings app on your phone.
Scroll down and click Camera.
Ensure the toggle next to 'Scan QR Codes' is green.
What if my Android phone won't scan the QR code?
If your Android is not scanning the QR Code, ensure that you’ve updated your phone’s system to the latest Android OS version.
Launch the Camera app and point it steadily at the QR Code for nearly 3 seconds. If the QR Code still doesn’t scan, press and hold the QR Code icon next to the shutter button on your camera.
If your Camera app does not support QR codes, you may need to download a third party app like Google Lens.
I want to upload a video, but I don't have a link?
To upload a video to a Forever Story profile, you first need to upload it to YouTube. Then, simply paste the YouTube video link (URL) into the Forever Story profile in the YouTube embed box.

I don't want the video to be public on YouTube, can I still upload it?
Certainly! Click here for a full tutorial on how to upload an unlisted video to YouTube. Unlisted videos are only available to those who have the link (such as the Forever Story profile).
How can I edit a profile I already created?
To edit a Forever Story profile:
Open a web browser and visit https://app.foreverstory.co.uk.
Click 'Login' to access your account.
Navigate to 'Account Settings'.
Under Account Actions, locate the profile you wish to edit and click 'Edit'.
